Customer insults pizza delivery agent, makes racist comment in Canada: 'Stupid brown guy'. Video

A pizza delivery agent in Toronto, Canada encountered a troubled experience recently after he was subjected to insults and racist taunts by a customer.

The video of the incident was shared on X (formerly Twitter) in which the male customer could be heard asking the agent to repeatedly contact his workplace after the customer paid the money in cash while the agent did not have any change with him as the bill did not say that it was a cash-on-delivery order.

When the delivery agent asked the customer if the payment could be done using card, the customer declined and could be heard saying he always paid in cash. "You think I never ordered before? Do something, I dare you," the customer told the delivery agent.

The agent tried to take help in the situation by calling the customer service, but the customer carried on mocking and insulting him. The agent asked the customer service to speak with the customer, but he was subjected to racist comments by the customer, who called the agent "Stupid brown guy".

The customer repeatedly asked the agent for change and continues to explain how helpless he was in the situation, but to no effect. Then the delivery agent made an offer in which he told he would to get the change before delivering the food. The proposal was met with resistance as the customer dared the agent to try and take the food away from the floor.

Eventually, the agent called the customer service to ask if they could have the change delivered to the customer, which was answered in the affirmative. The agent left the food behind and rushed out, but customer continued to abuse him as he was leaving the location.

This is not the first racist incident witnessed in the North American region in the last few years.

In 2022, an Indian American man was detained for a racist attack on another Indian at a Taco Bell outlet in California.
