The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially announced the result dates for the CS Executive and Professional December 2024 examinations, conducted under both the 2017 and 2022 syllabi. Aspirants who appeared for these exams can now mark their calendars, as the results are set to be released on February 25, 2025. The CS Professional course results will be declared at 11:00 AM, while the CS Executive course results will be announced at 2:00 PM on the same day.

The ICSI CS December 2024 session examinations were conducted from December 21 to December 30, 2024, in both English and Hindi mediums. The application process for these exams concluded on October 10, 2024, without a late fee, and on October 15, 2024, with a late fee.

The results, along with the subject-wise marks breakdown, will be accessible on the official ICSI website, icsi.edu. For CS Executive candidates, the e-result-cum-marks statement will be uploaded to the website immediately after the result declaration. Notably, the institute will not dispatch physical copies of the marksheets for the Executive course. However, CS Professional candidates will receive hard copies of their result-cum-marks statement at their registered addresses.

In case a candidate does not receive the physical document within 30 days of the result declaration, they can reach out to the institute via email at exam@icsi.edu, providing their necessary details for assistance.
