Shah Rukh Khan, Bollywood's King Khan, has been entertaining audiences for decades. With a career spanning over three decades, SRK has established himself as one of the most successful and influential actors in the Indian film industry. However, it's not just his professional life that has made headlines, but also his personal life, particularly his relationship with his children.

In a past appearance on Koffee With Karan in 2007, SRK shared a humorous anecdote about how his son, Aryan, motivated him to get in shape. The incident revolved around Aryan's altercation with a girl who had made disparaging remarks about his father's appearance.

As SRK recalled, Aryan was involved in a physical confrontation with the girl after she called his father "fat" and "ugly".

SRK quoted, "My son feels I am fat. He beat up a girl. First, she called me an 'a****'. He didn’t react. Then she said I looked ugly in Kaun Banega Crorepati but he didn’t react and controlled himself. Finally, when she said, 'Your father is fat,' he kicked her."

Shah Rukh admitted to being angry with Aryan for resorting to violence, but his son's response was unexpected. Aryan told his father, "Papa, it’s not her fault. It’s you. Why are you fat? You are not ugly, I didn’t mind. You look handsome on KBC. You’re not an a***, I know. You’re a cool guy. But you are fat, papa."

This incident seemingly motivated Shah Rukh to work on his physique. The actor, known for his wit and humor, took his son's words to heart and made a conscious effort to get in shape. SRK's transformation over the years has been remarkable, and it's clear that Aryan's words had a profound impact on him.

The incident also sheds light on Aryan's personality and his loyalty towards his family. At a young age, Aryan demonstrated a strong sense of loyalty and protectiveness towards his father. His actions, although misguided, were a testament to his love and admiration for SRK.

It's also worth noting that SRK's parenting style has been praised by many. The actor has always been open about his relationship with his children and has often spoken about the importance of being a hands-on parent. SRK's ability to connect with his children and have open and honest conversations with them is admirable.

In recent years, Aryan has made headlines for his own endeavors, including his interest in writing and filmmaking. SRK has been vocal about his son's talents and has expressed his pride in Aryan's accomplishments.

In an appearance on David Letterman's show, My Next Guest Needs No Introduction, SRK spoke about Aryan's aspirations and his own feelings about his son's career choices. SRK stated, "My son doesn’t want to act, and I don’t think he can. But in India, it’s like if you are a movie star’s son then you might become a movie star. He looks nice and he’s tall and okay. But I don’t think he has what it takes perhaps, and he realises it himself. But he is a good writer."

As SRK continues to entertain audiences with his films and public appearances, it's clear that his personal life and relationships with his children are just as fascinating. The incident involving Aryan and the girl who called SRK "fat" and "ugly" is a testament to the strong bond between SRK and his son, and the impact that their relationship has had on SRK's life and career.
