In a recent conversation with Pinkvilla, Arjit expressed his excitement about landing roles in successive Dharma Productions films and shared his experiences on set. Reflecting on his journey, Taneja said, "Well, it is just a coincidence. In fact, I shot for this film way before I did 'Rocky Aur Rani.' We shot for this around..."

'Mr and Mrs Mahi,' directed by Sharan Sharma, tells the story of a couple who both love cricket and, interestingly, share the same name, Mahi. They fall in love after an arranged marriage. Rajkummar Rao plays the titular character who dreams of becoming a cricketer but is forced to take another job due to family pressure. After his marriage, he discovers that his wife, played by Janhvi Kapoor, is a talented cricketer. Determined to help her succeed, he vows to train her to achieve her cricket dreams.
