9:30 PM

-Actor Allu Arjun arrives at Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad, accompanied by his personal security team.

-A massive crowd gathers outside the theatre to catch a glimpse of the actor.

-As Allu Arjun enters the theatre, the excited crowd attempts to follow him inside.

Shortly after

-The actor's security team begins pushing the crowd, further aggravating the situation as the public tries to enter the theatre.

-Amid the crowd surge, Revathi, a 35-year-old woman, and her eight-year-old son are caught in the crowd and begin to feel suffocated.

-Police personnel on duty pull Revathi and her son from the crowd and perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on the boy.

-Revathi and her son rushed to a nearby hospital.

-Doctors declare Revathi dead upon arrival. Her son remains in critical condition and is admitted to Super Speciality Hospital.

Investigation launched

-The Hyderabad city police register a case against Allu Arjun, his security team, and the theatre management under sections 105 and 118(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) at the Chikkadpally police station based on a complaint from Revathi's family.

Preliminary findings

-The police note significant lapses in security and crowd management, highlighting that neither the theatre management nor the actor's team had informed authorities about Allu Arjun's visit.

-Allu Arjun approaches the Telangana High Court seeking the cancellation of the FIR filed against him, denying any wrongdoing.

-Allu Arjun announces a compensation of Rs 25 lakh for Revathi's family, expressing his condolences and support for the grieving family.
