Auto-Renewal Subscription: Unless you opt-out of auto-renewal or cancel your subscription, which can be done through your account settings, MC Pro / MC SuperPRO subscription will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription term originally selected, at the then-current non-promotional rate. You can view the date of your next scheduled payment by visiting our website and clicking on the “My Account” link. You will not receive a notice from us that your promotional period has ended or that your subscription has auto-renewed.

Differing Subscriptions/Promotions. We may offer a number of types of subscriptions and special promotions. Any materially different terms from those described in these Terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase or in other communications made available to you. You can find specific details regarding your subscription visiting our website and clicking on the “My Account” link. We reserve the right to change or terminate any offered subscriptions/plans or promotions at any time.

SuperPRO Purchase with PRO Balance Adjustment : In the event a subscriber upgrades to MC SuperPRO while having an active MC Pro subscription, if the value of the unused balance of the MC Pro subscription exceeds the transaction amount payable for MC SuperPRO, then the subscriber shall be granted additional subscription duration of MC SuperPRO equivalent in value to such excess amount.

Payment
Billing. You can pay for your subscription with the payment instrument accepted by payment gateway/processor (‘’Payment Processors’) appointed by us. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for error by the Payment Processor. By choosing MC Pro / MC SuperPRO, you agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of MC Pro / MC SuperPRO including for Auto -Renewals in accordance with the applicable payment terms and you authorize us, through the Payment Processor, to charge your chosen payment provider (your “Payment Method”). You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes that the Payment Processor makes even if it has already requested or received payment. If your payment is unsuccessful by reason of insufficient funds, expiration, or otherwise, you remain responsible for any uncollected amount.

Payment Method. The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or another provider of your chosen Payment Method. If we, through the Payment Processor, do not receive payment from you, you agree to pay all amounts due on your billing account upon demand.

Recurring Billing. By placing an order for a subscription, you authorize us to charge you the subscription fee then in effect at the beginning of each billing period, plus applicable taxes, to your Payment Method. You acknowledge that the amount charged each billing period may vary for reasons that may include price changes, changing your subscription, or changes in applicable taxes, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amount each billing period. Applicable taxes may vary. For example, you authorize us to charge your Payment Method the promotional rate disclosed on the subscription screen in the initial billing period (if applicable) and the regular subscription rate in subsequent billing periods, each with applicable taxes. We automatically bill your Payment Method on the first day of each billing period. We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing, in particular, in the event your Payment Method has not successfully settled.

Current Information Required. You must provide current, complete and accurate information for your billing account. You must promptly notify us or our payment processor if your payment method is cancelled (e.g., for loss or theft) or if you become aware of a potential breach of security, such as the unauthorized disclosure or use of your user name or password. Changes to such information can be made in your account settings. If you fail to provide any of the foregoing information, you agree that we may continue charging you for any use of MC Pro / MC SuperPRO under your billing account unless you have cancelled your subscription.

Price Changes. We reserve the right to charge subscription fees for any of our subscriptions at any time. We will notify you of any changes if the regular fee for your subscription changes from what was stated at the time of your initial order. You will have an opportunity to cancel your subscription at that time. If you do not cancel your subscription, you will be charged the new subscription fee at your next billing period.

Billing Period. We will charge the subscription fee at the commencement of your subscription or, if applicable, at the end of your free trial period (if any), and automatically on the first calendar day of each billing period thereafter unless and until your subscription is cancelled.

Amazon Vouchers. Not all vouchers may be available for immediate redemption and availability may vary based on specific terms, conditions, or promotional constraints applicable at the time of issuance.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations. You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to My Account. You must cancel your subscription at least 2 (two) Business/ working days before it renews each billing period to avoid billing of the next billing period’s subscription fees to your Payment Method. Accordingly, when you cancel, you cancel only future charges associated with your subscription, and you will not receive a refund for the current billing period. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to your subscription for the balance of the billing period.

For cancelling your subscription please follow the below steps:

Website: Go to Moneycontrol website> Login to your Account > go to My profile > Select Premium Services > Click on Order history of your current plan > Click on Cancel Auto renewal.

Android : Open Moneycontrol App > Login to your Account > Tap on the Profile icon > Tap on My Subscription > Tap on Cancel Subscription button.

iOS users can cancel from website or go to Mobile settings in iPhone > Tap on Subscriptions > Select your active Moneycontrol plan > Tap Cancel Subscription

Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.

Disclosure and Consent. By purchasing a subscription and/or clicking on the box at account opening, you consent to receive notices, disclosures, agreements, policies, receipts, confirmations, transaction information, account information, other communications, and changes or updates to any such documents electronically (collectively, the “Electronic Communications”). We will provide these Electronic Communications to your “My Account” page, and/or emailing them to your primary email address associated with your subscription.

SuperPro Gold Gift Card Festival :

Eligibility:

• The giveaway scheme is open solely to legal residents of India who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Network18 Media & Investments Limited, as well as any individual involved in the administration of the giveaway, are expressly prohibited from participating.
• Participants residing in the following states are excluded from participating due to state-specific legal prohibitions on promotional schemes.
o Tamil Nadu
o Nagaland

Campaign Period:

Method of Entry:

• Individuals subscribing to the Moneycontrol SuperPro 1 Year Plan on the Moneycontrol App / Moneycontrol website (either on a one-time or auto renewal basis) shall be automatically entered into the giveaway.
• No additional payment or fee is required to enter the giveaway; participation is entirely voluntary.
• Each individual is entitled to only one entry. Multiple entries, either by the same person or via any means of fraud or manipulation, are strictly prohibited.

Gold Gift Card Details:

• Each winner will be awarded a digital gold gift card of amount INR 14,000 (Indian Rupees Fourteen Thousand Only).
• The digital gold gift cards are facilitated through Gullak Technologies Private Limited (“Hubble”) and are issued by the respective jeweller as mentioned on the applicable gift card.
• You understand and agree to be bound by the additional terms applicable to the respective gift card.
• The awarded gift card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted with any other product or service.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• Winners will be selected via a random draw from the pool of eligible entries.
• The results of the draw and Moneycontrol’s decision will be considered final and binding, with no appeals or disputes entertained.
• Winners will be notified via email or phone within [7] working days of the draw. Should a winner fail to respond within [7] days of notification, the gold gift card will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at Moneycontrol’s discretion.

Disqualification:

• Participants who are found to have submitted multiple entries, falsified information, or otherwise breached these Terms & Conditions will be immediately disqualified without recourse.
• Moneycontrol reserves the absolute right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent, unethical, or unlawful behaviour.

Compliance with Laws:

• This giveaway adheres to all applicable laws and regulations, both at the central and state levels, within the territory of India.
• In particular, the Competition Act, 1955 does not govern this promotion, as it is a random giveaway and does not involve any skill-based competition.
• Individuals residing in states where legal prohibitions apply to promotional schemes or random draws—Tamil Nadu, Nagaland, Sikkim, Odisha, Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana—are excluded from participation and are required to comply with their respective state laws.


Tax Liabilities:

• Moneycontrol disclaims any obligation to provide tax advice or undertake tax compliance for the recipients.
• It is the sole responsibility of the winners to comply with applicable tax regulations relating to the receipt of the gold gift card and its associated redemption.

Modifications and Cancellation:

• Moneycontrol retains the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time, without prior notice, should legal, regulatory, or operational challenges arise.
• Any modifications to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated through the Moneycontrol official website or other recognized communication channels.

Disclaimer:

• Moneycontrol shall not be held liable for any technical malfunctions, disruptions, or other issues that may impede participation or delay the delivery of the gold gift card, including but not limited to platform errors, server failures, or logistical delays.
• No warranties, express or implied, are made by Moneycontrol regarding the quality, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose of the gold gift card.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction :

• These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India.
• Any disputes or claims arising from or related to this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai.
