The company has launched the project at Rs 17,500 per square feet and the ticket price for an apartment would range from Rs 4.99 crore to Rs 6.78 crore.
Market watchers say the connectivity upgrade will open fresh residential and commercial catchments, pushing up property demand in both primary and secondary markets. They project that property and land prices could rise 15–20 percent over the next two years along UER-2 and the Dwarka Expressway corridor.
The 10.1 km long Delhi section of Dwarka Expressway has been developed at a cost of around Rs 5,360 crore. The section will also provide multi-modal connectivity to Yashobhoomi, Delhi Metro Blue line and Orange line, upcoming Bijwasan railway station and Dwarka cluster bus depot.
