The festival special housing scheme 2023 was launched in November 2023 and the Authority has so far sold over 4,000 flats in a span of three months. The prices of EWS flats will start from Rs 11.5 lakh.
The reserve prices for luxury penthouses and Super HIG flats will start from Rs 5 crore and Rs 2.5 crore, respectively. The reserve price for HIG apartments has been kept at Rs 1.4 crore. The reserve prices of MIG flats start from Rs 1 crore.
DDA housing scheme 2023: Under the DDA festival housing scheme, the allotment for the EWS and LIG flats will be on a first-come-first-served basis while the luxury flats will be allotted through an e-auction.

If an applicant buys two adjacent flats in the ongoing first-come-first-served housing scheme at six locations across Delhi, the buyer can combine the two units subject to structural approvals, the DDA said.
