The dollar is likely to weaken against the rupee as the market is expecting some reforms in the upcoming budget, which should narrow the country's twin deficits, says Himanshu Arora, Religare.

The FM may also take necessary steps to boost inflows. The range for the day is seen between 53.85-54.30/USD."
