The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is likely to announce a housing scheme in the festive season, around Diwali. The sources added that the housing scheme is likely to be launched around Diwali on a “first come, first served” basis.

Locations

The flats offered under the scheme will be available in Narela, Dwarka (sectors 19B and 14), Vasant Kunj, Rohini, and Lok Nayak Puram. More locations may be added when it is formally launched.

The sources added that in Narela, over 5,000 EWS flats are likely to be available. The scheme will also offer around 2,000 MIG flats and 1,600 HIG apartments. In Lok Nayak Puram, about 600 MIG flats and 200 EWS flats will be available.

Sources said that prices of SHIG flats are likely to start from Rs 3 crore, while HIG apartments may be priced at about Rs 2.50 crore. The prices of MIG flats are likely to range between Rs 1-1.3 crore. EWS flats are likely to be sold between Rs 11 to 14 lakh, while LIG flats may be priced between Rs 15 to 30 lakh.
