Countrywide Promoters, a subsidiary of developer BPTP Group, has bought a 5.24 acre plot in Gurugram near the Dwarka Expressway for Rs 87.27 crore, according to documents accessed by CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm.
The sale deed was executed on November 16, 2023, and the company paid stamp duty of Rs 6.11 crore for the transaction, the documents showed.
The company did not respond to Moneycontrol’s queries seeking comment on the deal. The land was purchased from Vikram Rana and Paramjeet Rana of Bijwasan village in New Delhi, the documents showed.
The plot is situated in Chauma village in Gurugram’s Sector 113, near the Dwarka Expressway, which is likely to become operational soon.

Experts said the anticipated opening of the 26.7 km Dwarka Expressway, which connects Dwarka in New Delhi with the Kherki Dhaula toll plaza on NH-48 in Gurugram, has made this area one of the most sought-after micro markets in the National Capital Region and several new projects have come up over the past few years.
This is the latest in a string of notable deals in the NCR. In September 2023, Aamor Inox, a manufacturer of stainless steel bars, bought 12 bighas of farmland and a farmhouse from Mastcraft Properties in South Delhi’s Rangpuri for Rs 87.5 crore.
Also that month, Laxmi Devi Agarwal, wife of Devkinandan Agarwal, the promoter of GR Infraprojects, purchased a 1,200 square yard bungalow in Vasant Vihar, an upscale Delhi locality, for Rs 86 crore.
In February 2023, a 2,160 square foot bungalow was bought in the name of Vasudha Rohatgi, wife of former attorney general of India Mukul Rohatgi, in Delhi's tony Golf Links locality for Rs 160 crore.
