Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, along with their family, have temporarily moved out of their iconic home, Mannat, which is currently undergoing extensive renovations.
A recent video shared by a paparazzo on Instagram shows construction work already in progress at the residence, sparking excitement and curiosity among fans eager to witness the revamped look of the superstar’s beloved home.
The Khan family currently has currently occupied four floors of the Puja Casa building and lives in an opulent flat in Mumbai's affluent Pali Hills neighbourhood. Shah Rukh Khan has leased these floors from Vashu Bhagnani, the film producer.
According to reports, the star will pay Rs 24 lakh a month in rent for the space. Red Chillies Entertainment, Shah Rukh's production company, signed the lease with Bhagnani's children, producer Deepshika Deshmukh and actor Jackky Bhagnani, who share ownership of the property.

Sources revealed that the renovation work at Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic bungalow, Mannat, was initially scheduled to commence in May. Among the planned updates is a long-awaited extension of the property, which required special approval from the court due to Mannat’s status as a Grade III heritage structure—meaning any structural modifications demand official clearances.
On the professional front, Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for his next big project King, where he will share screen space with his daughter Suhana Khan and actor Abhishek Bachchan.
